Susan Templeman, principal of Templeman Consulting, is one of the country's most experienced media trainers and coaches.

Since 1991 she has honed her skills in designing programs, coaching and advising people on how best to manage a media interview. Susan combines:

• Experience as a political reporter and foreign correspondent
• Nearly 15 years experience as a trainer
